Mid-Level Traditional Labor Associate

Location: Northern California

Employer: Vault/AmLaw Top 25 firm-Labor & Employment group (labor union focus)

Experience Requirement: 3+ years of experience with traditional labor law (union work, in the private sector, defense side), including taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and position statements, conducting legal research, and preparing for and handling motion hearings and other court appearances. Single-plaintiff and class action litigation experience is helpful.

Academics: Strong performance in law school

Bar Admission Requirement: California

Compensation: Top of market based on office location/experience
