Experience Requirement: 3+ years with significant deal experience representing public and private companies, private equity firms and strategic players in M&A transactions.

The candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Mid-level candidates must have experience acting in a leading role in advising clients and working with subject matter experts (tax, benefits, restructuring, etc.) on transactions.  Prior experience advising insurance companies is preferred but not required. The candidate must be willing to learn U.S. federal, state and international regulations that affect insurance transactions. We emphasize teamwork, collegial attitude and the importance of incorporating business judgment to the practice of law that takes into account the commercial needs of the clients.

Academics: Top performance in law school but not limiting the search to Ivy League law schools.

Market Compensation (graduating class):

’21- $215,000 + annual bonus

’20- $225,000 + annual bonus

’19- $250,000 + annual bonus

’18- $295,000 + annual bonus

’17- $345,000 + annual bonus

’16- $370,000 + annual bonus

’15- $400,000 + annual bonus

’14- $415,000 + annual bonus
