Location: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, LA, Miami, NYC, OC, San Fran, Silicon Valley, DC, Wilmington

Employer: Vault/AmLaw Top 25 firm-Health practice

Experience Requirement: 3-7 years of experience in some or all of the following: (i) Representation of health insurers and HMOs, PBMs, TPAs, and other vendors to health insurers (ii) Health insurer and HMO participation in governmental health care programs (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, Medicaid Managed Care, Qualified Health Plans) (iii) Prescription drug pricing, PBM, AWP, and pharmacy regulation (iv) Representation of providers and pharmacies in connection with issues relating to contracting with and payment by health insurers, PBMs, and TPAs and/or (v) State insurance regulation of risk-bearing arrangements involving health care services. Experience performing some or all of the following types of work: (i) Regulatory research and analysis (compliance-oriented) (ii) Health regulatory M&A work (due diligence and negotiation of transaction documents) and (iii) Commercial transactional work (value-based provider contracting, vendor contracting).

Academics: Strong performance in law school

Bar Admission Requirement: Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying

Compensation (graduating class):

’21- $215,000 + annual bonus

’20- $225,000 + annual bonus

’19- $250,000 + annual bonus

’18- $295,000 + annual bonus

’17- $345,000 + annual bonus

’16- $370,000 + annual bonus

’15- $400,000 + annual bonus

’14- $415,000 + annual bonus
