Employer: Vault/AmLaw Top 25 in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits/ERISA practice

Experience Requirement: 2+ years experience with the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions (buy-side) is required. Applicants should be proficient in Sections 83, 280G and 409A of the IRC and should have experience drafting stock option plans, profits interest agreements and executive employment agreements. -5 years of environmental, natural resources law and litigation experience. Must have education and practical experience in the areas of natural resources development, air and water quality, solid and hazardous waste law, water law and/or federal and state administrative agency law and regulation.

Academics: Strong performance in law school

Bar Admission Requirement: Must be admitted to practice, or eligible to waive in to, the jurisdiction in which you will be located

Compensation: Top of market based on office location/experience
